Super Easy Quick and Pleasing Pear Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare bundt pan (10 inch) by spraying with non-stick spray and flouring.
  3. Drain pears and reserve liquid.
  4. Chop pears.
  5. Place the pears and their juice in a large mixing bowl.
  6. To the pears, add the cake mix, egg whites and egg.
  7. Beat on low for about 1 minute, then on high for 4 minutes.
  8. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until middle is done.
  10. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove cake to serving plate.
  11. When cake is completely cool, lightly dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired.
