vhawks heavenly healthy lasagna

  1. cook noodles.
  2. saute onion, carrots, spinach, garlic in olive oil until onions translucent.
  3. add salt and pepper
  4. cook meat add seasonings.
  5. add wine let cook.
  6. layer pan.
  7. olive oil.
  8. noodles, ricotta,veggies,meat, sauce, cheese repeat.
  9. bake 25 min.
  10. cover for 15 ans uncovered for remaining time
