California Veggie Wraps

  1. Cut cheese slices into thin strips.
  2. Combine cheese strips and all remaining ingredients except tortillas in large bowl.
  3. Spread each warmed tortilla with 1/2 cup vegetable mixture.
  4. Fold 2 opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling.
  5. Roll up open end of tortilla toward opposite edge.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  7. Cut each in half.
