Crab and Parmesan Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, cheese, chives, lemon juice and pepper.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Fold in tomatoes and crab.
  5. Lay baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture.
  6. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
