Roasted BBQ Chickpeas
- 3 cups Cooked Or Canned Chickpeas
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 13 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- Preheat your oven to 375 F.
- While your oven is preheating, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the chickpeas from sticking (and make clean-up a cinch!
- ).
- If you are using canned chickpeas, drain and rinse them and then place the chickpeas in a large bowl.
- If you cooked your own chickpeas, drain off any excess moisture and then place the chickpeas in a large bowl.
- Add the crushed garlic, BBQ sauce and olive oil to the chickpeas and stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
- Transfer the chickpeas to your prepared baking sheet and spread them into an even layer.
- Bake the chickpeas for 35 minutes, stirring once after 20 minutes.
- Allow the BBQ chickpeas to cool slightly and enjoy!
