Microwaved Okara Chocolate Gateau

  1. Add all ingredients (except for the powdered sugar) into a bowl.
  2. Mix fully using a whisk.
  3. Scoop the dough into microwave-safe cupcake liners.
  4. Microwave at 500W for 4 minutes.
  5. When it's slightly cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar to finish.
  6. I made them in small silicon cups and packed one into a bento.
  7. Fresh cream and strawberries goes perfectly well with the moist okara chocolate gateau!
  8. How about baking these for birthday cakes or Valentine's gifts for dieters?
  9. Make sure to use a tupperware box to make it look like a cake.
