Microwaved Okara Chocolate Gateau
- 120 grams Fresh okara
- 2 Eggs
- 60 ml Milk
- 50 grams Sugar
- 20 grams 100% cocoa powder (not sweetened)
- 3 grams Baking powder
- 1 Powdered sugar for decoration
- Add all ingredients (except for the powdered sugar) into a bowl.
- Mix fully using a whisk.
- Scoop the dough into microwave-safe cupcake liners.
- Microwave at 500W for 4 minutes.
- When it's slightly cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar to finish.
- I made them in small silicon cups and packed one into a bento.
- Fresh cream and strawberries goes perfectly well with the moist okara chocolate gateau!
- How about baking these for birthday cakes or Valentine's gifts for dieters?
- Make sure to use a tupperware box to make it look like a cake.
