Chili
- 1 white onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup
- 23 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Chop onions finely.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add ground beef and brown meat slowly until well done.
- Add red kidney beans, tomato soup, water, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and white vinegar; stir well.
- Cook for about 2 hours or in a slow cooker on low for approximately 6 hours.
- Tastes better the next day.
