L'Alyco Mimo Pie
- 1-1/4 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 10 Oreo Cookies, chopped
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (raspberries, sliced strawberries) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in 1/2 cup Cool Whip and chopped cookies.
- Spoon into crust; top with remaining Cool Whip and fruit.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie.
