Crock Pot Fajitas
- 4 pounds Arm Roast
- Chili Powder
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Dry Beans
- 2 cans Ro*tel Tomatoes
- 1 can (small) Chopped Green Chilis
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Tortillas
- 1.
- Rub your roast down with chili powder (as much or little as you would like.)
- Place roast in the crock pot.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order (except tortillas) DO NOT STIR.
- Place lid on crock pot.
- Cook on low for 12 hours.
- Stir mixture and tear up meat right before serving.
- Get your tortillas and fill them up!
- Its also great to just eat in a bowl.
- *Also, if you like more heat in your food, substitute chopped green chilis with jalapenos.
