Low Fat Spinach Soup

  1. Mix milk and chicken broth.
  2. Blend spinach with half the liquid in food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into saucepan.
  4. Blend remaining liquid with margarine, flour and seasonings.
  5. Add to spinach mixture in saucepan.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
