Holiday Cornbread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir together flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking pwdr, and salt.
  3. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and oil or possibly melted shortening.
  4. Beat till smooth.
  5. Don't OVERBEAT.
  6. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  8. Makes 8 or possibly 9 servings.
