Apricot Amaretto Sauce

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 jar (18 ounces) apricot jam
• 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur

1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
2. Add the jam and allow it to melt into the butter.
3. Add the amaretto and blend in.
4. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
