Blackened Red Snapper Recipe

  1. Combine Onion Pwdr, Garlic Pwdr, Dry Mustard, Grnd Thyme.
  2. Pepper, & Chile; Sprinkle One Side Of Each Fillet With Half Of This Mix.
  3. Coat A Large Cast Iron Skillet With Cooking Spray; Place Over Medium High Heat Till Warm.
  4. Add in Fillets, Seasoned Side Down, & Cook 4 Minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Fillets With Remaining Onion Pwdr Mix; Turn Fillets Over & Cook 3 Minutes.
  6. Or possibly Till Fillets Are Blackened & Flake Easily When Tested With A Fork.
