Cheesy Carrots

  1. Melt VELVEETA and 1 stick of the butter in 1-1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Stir in carrots.
  3. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter.
  5. Add cracker crumbs to melted butter and sprinkle on carrots.
  6. Bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
  8. Note: Even kids who won't eat carrots love this dish!
