Easy Sauteed Salmon and Mushroom with Butter and Soy Sauce

  1. Cook the salmon on a grill.
  2. Slice the onion thinly.
  3. Tear the shimeji mushrooms after chopping off the bottom part of the stem.
  4. Heat onion, shimeji and seasonings marked in a pan.
  5. When they are cooked, turn off the heat.
  6. Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
  7. Add the salmon and simmer for a short time.
  8. Serve on a dish and put butter on top!
