Unbelievable Coconut Cream Pie Recipe
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. coconut
- Measure ingredients into blender container.
- Process on low speed till well mixed.
- Pour into 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Serves 7.
- Note: This unbelievably easy to make pie saves both time and money.
- The flour in the custard mix goes to the bottom during baking, forming a thin crust.
- Custard pie doesn't keep well, so invite friends to share this.
