Low-Fat Microwave Tex-Mex Turkey Chili

  1. Combine onion, garlic and oil in 2-quart glass measure.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring every minute.
  3. Add chili powder and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Microwave, uncovered, on High 6 to 9 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring every 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
  6. Microwave, uncovered, on High 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
