Big Soft Almond Cookies Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar till smooth.
  3. Add in Large eggs and blend.
  4. Add in almond filling and lowfat milk and blend again.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, adn salt and add in to the creamed mix.
  6. Scoop 2 rounded Tbsp.
  7. of dough and roll toether to create each cookie.
  8. Drop dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets, spacing the cookies 2 inches apart.
  9. Press sliced almonds onto tops.
  10. Bake till cookies are lightly golden brown and hard to the touch, about 15 min.
  11. Using a spatula, transfer cookies to a rack and let cold.
