Garden Vegetable Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix egg, cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
  5. Spread 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 12x8-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of the vegetables, 1 cup spaghetti sauce and 1 cup mozzarella; repeat layers.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  8. Bake 45 min or until heated through.
  9. Let stand 10 min before serving.
