Beef With Vegetables Recipe

  1. In lightly oiled skillet, saute/fry onion and green pepper.
  2. Add in beef and cook till tender.
  3. Add in tomato slices.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bring to a boil.
  5. Thicken with cornstarch and water.
  6. Cover and simmer 5 to 6 min.
  7. Soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger may be added to taste.
  8. Serve over rice.
