Deep Dish Meat Pie

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add onion; cook until tender.
  4. Add vegetables and process cheese spread; mix well.
  5. Spoon into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  6. Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
  7. Stir in flour and salt.
  8. Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Gradually stir in water until smooth.
  10. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  11. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
  12. Pour over meat mixture.
  13. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
  14. Place over meat mixture.
  15. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
