Zesty Vegetable Marinara Sauce Recipe
- 2 cups yellow squash, sliced diagonally
- 2 cups carrots, sliced diagonally
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced diagonally
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 16 oz. jar of marinara sauce
- Angel hair pasta, cooked
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Cook and stir veggies and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender.
- Stir in sauce.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat to low, simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
