Pizza Ginger
- 1 each pizza shell
- 12 ounces beef, sirloin steak boneless, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon sherry dry
- 1 each ginger root 1 1/2 inches, peeled, grated
- 1 each garlic cloves crushed
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 small sweet red bell peppers seeded, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 6 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- Cut steak into very thin slivers and place in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, sherry, ginger, garlic, oil, cornstarch and chili sauce, mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour, stir occasionally.
- Add onions and red peppers, to beef mixture and spread on pizza shell.
- Bake for 7 -10 minutes at 450F (230C).
