Pizza Ginger

  1. Cut steak into very thin slivers and place in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, sherry, ginger, garlic, oil, cornstarch and chili sauce, mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour, stir occasionally.
  4. Add onions and red peppers, to beef mixture and spread on pizza shell.
  5. Bake for 7 -10 minutes at 450F (230C).
