Quickie Shells with Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 packages (16 Oz. Package) Shell Pasta, Cooked
- Combine butter and flour (season to taste with salt and pepper) and brown slightly in a pan.
- Add broth and milk, stir until mixed together and warm.
- Add cheese and melt.
- Pour over pasta and put into a pyrex pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- (I topped mine with a little shredded cheese to make it pretty.)
