Creamy Cheesy Broccoli

  1. In a pot add broccoli, margarine, and salt cover and cook till render
  2. Measure out a quarter cup of evaporated milk.
  3. Mix the arrowroot powder till no lumps are there just smooth.
  4. In another pot add the rest of the margarine and milk and heat.
  5. Shred the cheese.
  6. Add to milk in pot you will know when, not boiling, but when a film starts to form stir add most of the cheese.
  7. When its incorporated well add the rest of cheese stirring constantly.
  8. Add arrowroot mixture.
  9. It will thicken very quickly.
  10. Keep stirring constantly, till its your desired thickness.
  11. When its thick pour over broccoli.
  12. Stir and serve hope you enjoy!
