Berry Tiramisu

  1. In small bowl, stir sugar with 2 tablespoons very hot water until sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Separate ladyfingers.
  4. Brush sugar mixture over 1 side of each ladyfinger.
  5. Arrange about 6 ladyfingers vertically around inside of each of 4 wide-rimmed glasses such as martini glasses or dessert bowls.
  6. Spoon half of yogurt equally into glasses.
  7. Top each with one-fourth of jam.
  8. Spoon remaining yogurt over jam; top with raspberries.
  9. If not serving right away, cover loosely and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
