Basil Gimlet
- 2 fl. oz. gin
- 4 basil leaves
- 2/3 fl. oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- Cracked ice
- In a mixing glass, muddle 3 basil leaves in lime juice.
- Add ice and gin.
- Shake vigorously, strain into chilled cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with remaining basil leaf.
