Easy Bread Machine Pizza Dough
- 3/4 cups Water
- 2 cups Bread Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Table Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vital Wheat Gluten (optional - Use If You Like Your Crust Very Thin)
- 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 2 Tablespoons Lard, Cut Into 4 Small Pieces
- Add the water to the bread machines pan and then pour the flour, sugar, salt, and wheat gluten (if using) over the top.
- Tap the pan to settle the ingredients and make a well in the center.
- Add the yeast to the well, and then put the pieces of lard into the corners of the pan.
- Set your bread machine to the dough setting and let er rip!
- When the dough is done, shape it into a ball and let it rest while your oven heats to 450 degrees with your pizza stone on the lowest rack.
- Roll it out to your desired shape and thickness and place on a pizza peel.
- Add toppings and place on the pizza stone.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
