Everybody's Favorite Salmon Heaped with Vegetable Ankake
- 2 cuts Salmon (Fresh)
- 2 Green peppers
- 4 cm Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Katakuriko
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp + 300 ml water Chicken stock
- Add 1 more tablespoon oil in the same pan, and saute the onions, carrots, and green peppers in that order over medium heat with salt and pepper.
- Add in at this point, bring to a boil, add in the water-dissolved katakuriko and mix well.
- It is done once it has thickened!

- Place the katakuriko-coated salmon in a pan coated with oil, cook well on both sides, and transfer to a plate.
- Add 1 more tablespoon oil in the same pan, and saute the onions, carrots, and green peppers in that order over medium heat with salt and pepper.
- Add in at this point, bring to a boil, add in the water-dissolved katakuriko and mix well.
- It is done once it has thickened!

- Changing the vegetables according to the season will give a different appearance, and it is delicious.
