Everybody's Favorite Salmon Heaped with Vegetable Ankake

  1. Add 1 more tablespoon oil in the same pan, and saute the onions, carrots, and green peppers in that order over medium heat with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in at this point, bring to a boil, add in the water-dissolved katakuriko and mix well.
  3. It is done once it has thickened!

  5. Place the katakuriko-coated salmon in a pan coated with oil, cook well on both sides, and transfer to a plate.
  6. Add 1 more tablespoon oil in the same pan, and saute the onions, carrots, and green peppers in that order over medium heat with salt and pepper.
  7. Add in at this point, bring to a boil, add in the water-dissolved katakuriko and mix well.
  8. It is done once it has thickened!

  10. Changing the vegetables according to the season will give a different appearance, and it is delicious.
