Biscuit Mix Recipe

• 8 c. flour
• 4 tbsp. baking pwdr
• 10 tbsp. dry lowfat milk solids
• 4 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. lard

1. Sift dry ingredients and cut in lard till crumbly.
2. Store in an air-tight container.
