Crab Portabella Mushrooms
- 4 large portabella mushroom caps
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 16 ounces crabmeat (lump is best)
- 34 cup grated cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
- 14 cup finely chopped celery
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- Gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps.
- Bake mushroom caps at 350 (F) for 4-6 minutes to soften.
- Set aside.
- Mix the creme cheese, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay together.
- Spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes.
- Watch carefully.
- Serve immediately.
