Crab Portabella Mushrooms

  1. Gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps.
  2. Bake mushroom caps at 350 (F) for 4-6 minutes to soften.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix the creme cheese, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay together.
  5. Spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes.
  7. Watch carefully.
  8. Serve immediately.
