Aunt Francies Fudge
- 5 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 packages Chocolate chips
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 14 oz Marshmallow creme
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Melt butter, add sugar and evap.milk.
- Heat to softball temperature.
- 235.
- Remove from heat add: choc chips, vanilla, and marshmallow creme.
- Stir until blended well.
- Add nuts, if desired
- Pour into small containers, or pans and set to room temperature before cooling and storing in fridge.
