Refreshing Strawberry Soup

• 1 lb strawberry, destemmed
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves

1. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream on top.
