Num...Num...Num... Pork Tacos

  1. Place pork roast in crock pot with combined seasonings to slow cook til meat falls apart or til ready to prepair.
  2. I usually let it cook for 8 -10 hrs on med heat.
  3. Make sure you put enough water in it I usually just make sure the meat is completely submerged.
  4. once the meat is ready take out of crock pot and shred up in a skillet.
  5. taste it!
  6. see if the seasoning is right if you want it spicier ad some more cumin a cup of water and let simmer for 1/2 hr.
  7. Once it is at desired taste, add mushrooms and chopped olives simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Microwave totillas for approxiamately 30-45 seconds.
  9. Prepair you Num Num's to your preference, cheese, lettuce,sour cream, anything!
  10. ranch dressing is a wonderful option in place of sour cream.
  11. Now enjoy!
