Num...Num...Num... Pork Tacos
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 white corn tortillias 12-24
- 1 can chopped olives
- 1 can mushrooms
- 4 tsp cumin ( more or less for spicy hot factor)
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1 pepper (to taste)
- 1 garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 lb grated cheese of choice (I use mild chedder)
- 1 sour cream (to taste)
- 1 salsa (to taste)
- 1 lettuce (to taste)
- Place pork roast in crock pot with combined seasonings to slow cook til meat falls apart or til ready to prepair.
- I usually let it cook for 8 -10 hrs on med heat.
- Make sure you put enough water in it I usually just make sure the meat is completely submerged.
- once the meat is ready take out of crock pot and shred up in a skillet.
- taste it!
- see if the seasoning is right if you want it spicier ad some more cumin a cup of water and let simmer for 1/2 hr.
- Once it is at desired taste, add mushrooms and chopped olives simmer for 10 minutes.
- Microwave totillas for approxiamately 30-45 seconds.
- Prepair you Num Num's to your preference, cheese, lettuce,sour cream, anything!
- ranch dressing is a wonderful option in place of sour cream.
- Now enjoy!
