Easy Cherry Dessert Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 box vanilla pudding
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter together; press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake till light brown in 375 degree oven.
- Prepare pudding according to directions on the box.
- Pour over the baked crust mix.
- Let partially cold.
- Pour cherry pie filling over the pudding.
- Chill till ready to serve.
- Cut in squares; top with ice cream, vanilla, or possibly whipped topping.
- Note: Other fruit pie filling may be used instead of cherry, especially blueberry or possibly apricot.
