  1. char all dry ingredients except salt garlic and chocolate
  2. add all ingredients to blender, blend, slowly adding broth.
  3. blend until very smooth
  4. salt to taste
  5. in a pot add oil and heat, when heated add mole and let slowly come to a boil then simmer 10 minutes
  6. serve over chicken or torta de camaron
