mole poblano
- 1/4 stick cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed
- 6 Japanese chile pods
- 5 California chile pods
- 1/2 circle of abuelita mexican chocolate
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 handful of peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- char all dry ingredients except salt garlic and chocolate
- add all ingredients to blender, blend, slowly adding broth.
- blend until very smooth
- salt to taste
- in a pot add oil and heat, when heated add mole and let slowly come to a boil then simmer 10 minutes
- serve over chicken or torta de camaron
