Crab Omelette with Crabsticks!
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Imitation crab sticks
- 1 Green peas or edamame
- 10 cm worth Finely chopped white part of a leek
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp The juice from grated ginger
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- Put the ankake sauce in a pan, mix and turn on the heat to medium.
- Add the katakuriko dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water.
- Mix well with chopsticks until the sauce is thickened, and turn off the heat.
- Boil the green peas or edamame in salted water.
- Shred up the crabsticks except for one.
- This one will be reserved to use as decoration.
- Beat the eggs, and add the shredded up crabsticks and finely chopped white leek.
- Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and add in the egg mixture from Step 4.
- Mix well with chopsticks or similar.
- After mixing for 1 minute or so, the egg will become fluffier and fluffier.
- When the egg is soft set, turn off the heat.
- Invert a plate over the frying pan and flip it over in one go.

- The omelette is on the plate.
- Pour the ankake sauce over the omelette, and top with the green peas.
- Top with the reserved crab stick, and it's done!
