Crab Omelette with Crabsticks!

  1. Put the ankake sauce in a pan, mix and turn on the heat to medium.
  2. Add the katakuriko dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Mix well with chopsticks until the sauce is thickened, and turn off the heat.
  4. Boil the green peas or edamame in salted water.
  5. Shred up the crabsticks except for one.
  6. This one will be reserved to use as decoration.
  7. Beat the eggs, and add the shredded up crabsticks and finely chopped white leek.
  8. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and add in the egg mixture from Step 4.
  9. Mix well with chopsticks or similar.
  10. After mixing for 1 minute or so, the egg will become fluffier and fluffier.
  11. When the egg is soft set, turn off the heat.
  12. Invert a plate over the frying pan and flip it over in one go.

  14. The omelette is on the plate.
  15. Pour the ankake sauce over the omelette, and top with the green peas.
  16. Top with the reserved crab stick, and it's done!
