Simple Cheesy Rice Casserole with Avocado and Kimchi

  1. Cut half of the kimchi into small pieces and mix together with the juice from the kimchi with the rice.
  2. Plate on a heat-resistant plate.
  3. Create a well in the center.
  4. Cut the avocado and tomato into small dice and cut the rest of the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Mix with mayonnaise and scatter around the well you prepared in Step 1.
  6. Break an egg into the well and heat in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the egg is cooked.
  7. Then scatter cheese and bake it some more for about 5 more minutes until it turns a faint golden brown.
