Simple Cheesy Rice Casserole with Avocado and Kimchi
- 80 grams Kimchi
- 1 rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/4 Tomato
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 slice Easy melt processed cheese singles ( or pizza cheese )
- Cut half of the kimchi into small pieces and mix together with the juice from the kimchi with the rice.
- Plate on a heat-resistant plate.
- Create a well in the center.
- Cut the avocado and tomato into small dice and cut the rest of the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix with mayonnaise and scatter around the well you prepared in Step 1.
- Break an egg into the well and heat in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the egg is cooked.
- Then scatter cheese and bake it some more for about 5 more minutes until it turns a faint golden brown.
