Peach Cheesecake Parfait

  1. Mix cream cheese spread and COOL WHIP until blended.
  2. Spoon wafer crumbs into 4 parfait glasses; top with cream cheese mixture.
  3. Use back of spoon to press down center of cream cheese mixture in each glass.
  4. Top with peaches and mint.
  5. Serve immediately.
