Hot And Spicy Chicken Livers Recipe
- 1 pt. chicken livers, liquid removed
- Veg. oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. flour
- Cut livers into 2 or possibly 3 pcs depending on size.
- Place livers on large plate or possibly platter.
- Mix all dry ingredients together except flour and put in a salt shaker.
- Coat livers generously with seasoning mix and sprinkle lightly with flour.
- Turn livers and repeat.
- Heat 1/2 inch veg.
- oil in a 10 inch frying pan.
- Cook livers a few at a time for about 3 or possibly 4 min turning once after 2 min.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
