Hot And Spicy Chicken Livers Recipe

  1. Cut livers into 2 or possibly 3 pcs depending on size.
  2. Place livers on large plate or possibly platter.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together except flour and put in a salt shaker.
  4. Coat livers generously with seasoning mix and sprinkle lightly with flour.
  5. Turn livers and repeat.
  6. Heat 1/2 inch veg.
  7. oil in a 10 inch frying pan.
  8. Cook livers a few at a time for about 3 or possibly 4 min turning once after 2 min.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve warm.
