Chocolate-Caramel Squares

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Base: Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
  3. Process flour, sugar and cinnamon in food processor until blended.
  4. Add butter; pulse until mixture forms dough.
  5. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  7. or until lightly browned; cool.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare Filling.
  9. Filling: Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat, whisking constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat; pour over Base.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  12. or until firm.
  13. Topping: Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  14. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  15. Pour over Filling; tilt pan to evenly cover filling.
  16. Refrigerate 20 min.
  17. or until firm before cutting into squares.
