Raw Banana Chia Seed Pudding

  1. Makes 1-2 servings.
  2. Simply combine the chia seeds, almond milk, nut butter and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. Mash the banana and stir it into the chia seed mixture.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Give it a good stir and then let sit for an additional 10 minutes (this is why its convenient to make the night before!).
  6. Youll notice that the chia seeds will form a gel.
  7. Enjoy!
