Honey Curry Chicken With Dijon
- 3 lbs chicken, of your choice cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup honey
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry (to taste)
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- Melt butter and add remaining ingredients except chicken.
- Dip chicken in honey mixture, coat both sides.
- Arrange chicken in casserole dish in a single layer.
- Pour extra sauce over chicken.
- Bake 45 minute to one hour.
- Baste during baking for a more even glaze.
