Simple Chicken & Carrot Pasta
- 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 5 small carrots (1/2 lb.), peeled, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 6 KRAFT Singles, cut up Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add carrots, onions and garlic; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Stir in chicken; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1-1/4 cups cooking water.
- Return pasta to pan; stir in reserved water and Singles.
- Cook on medium heat 2 min.
- or until Singles are completely melted and sauce is well blended.
- Add to chicken mixture with parsley; mix well.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
