Best Corn Bread In The South Recipe

• 2 c. corn bread mix
• 2 tbsp. veg. oil
• 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Bake in 8-inch cast iron skillet which has been well greased.
3. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden.
