Blenderized Broccoli Soup Recipe

• 2 c. cooked vegetables, diced (broccoli, asparagus, carrots, or possibly cauliflower)
• 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
• 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Place diced vegetables in blender.
2. Add in 1/2 c. bouillon.
3. Blend on high speed till pureed.
4. Add in seasonings.
5. Serve warm or possibly cool, with or possibly without buttermilk.
6. Makes about 4 c..
