Creamy Pralines Recipe

• 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk
• 1 tbsp. butter

1. Bring to a full boil while stirring and boil slowly for 3-5 min stirring occasionally till soft ball stage.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add in 1 1/2 c. minced pecans.
4. Beat till thick but still glossy.
5. Drop onto wax paper.
