Penne a La Whiskey

  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  4. Whisk in flour.
  5. Saute garlic and celery until tender about 10 minutes.
  6. Pour in whiskey and buttermilk.
  7. Let reduce for 5 minutes then add cheese.
  8. Once cheese is melted, stir in pasta and serve.
