Stir-Fried Pork with Shiso Leaves

  1. Slice the onion into thin wedges and separate into individual pieces.
  2. If the pork is already chopped, then move on to the next step.
  3. If not, chop into large bite-sized pieces.
  4. Chop the shiso leaves into strips of 2-3 mm.
  5. Soak in water, then drain.
  6. Stir-fry the pork in a small amount of oil, then remove from the pan.
  7. Saute the onion until translucent.
  8. Put the pork back in, turn the heat off, and mix in the shiso leaves.
  9. Dish it up.
  10. It's tasty as-is, but I also recommend that you try it with ponzu sauce.
