Stir-Fried Broccoli With Almonds

  1. Hear oil in wok or deep skillet over high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, garlic salt and pepper ro pan and cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Measure out 1/4 cup of broth; whisk with cornstarch until combined.
  4. Reserve.
  5. Add remaining broth to pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to medium - low.
  7. Simmer broccoli, covered, for 5 minutes.
  8. Push broccoli to the edges of pan and stir cornstarch mixture into pan juices.
  9. Cook, uncovered until juices are thickened and glossy, about 1 minute.
  10. Toss broccoli with sauce until well coated.
  11. Transfer to a servng bowl.
  12. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with lemon wedges.
